Dr. Schafer grew up on a farm in Northeastern Indiana outside of Milford. She enjoyed the animals and spending time riding on farm calls with her father who also is a veterinarian. She graduated from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1994. She practiced in several veterinary clinics ranging from mixed to small animal for the next 8 years. She then took a hiatus from veterinary practice and joined the Monastery of the Immaculate Conception in Ferdinand, Indiana where she became a Benedict Sister. She took Theology classes and worked in multiple disciplines for 2 years before she went back to veterinary practice as a Sister. She decided to leave the Monastery as a Sister but continued to work full-time as a veterinarian. During this time she furthered her education by going back to school at the Chi Institute of Chinese Medicine. She graduated in December of 2005 and continued her education in Chinese Herbology. She opened her veterinary clinic, All God's Creatures Holistic Healthcare in September of 2010, where she incorporates Acupuncture, Herbs, Food Therapy with Western Veterinary Medicine as indicated.
Pam Buss, DC
Dr. Pam Buss grew up in Belleville, IL. Her family owned horses, dogs and cats as a child. She has always loved animals and has cared for their well being. She initially went to college to be a veterinarian. She changed major when she knew it would be too hard for her when it came to the end of an animal's life. Dr. Buss graduated from Logan School of Chiropractic in 1998 and finished her course to become a certified animal chiropractor. She is certified by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association. She owns her own human chiropractic business in Huntingburg, IN, All In One Chiropractic. She works with Dr Debra Schafer two partial days a week adjusting animals. They often travel to agility and performance trials locally to support the clubs and adjust the animals

Courtney started working at All God's Creatures December 2012. She attend Western Kentucky University for Animal Science, then went to Brown Mackie in Louisville for the Veterinary Technology Program. She graduated December 2012 and began working here at AGC. She had the opportunity in the Spring 2015 to attend The Chi Institute of Chinese Medicine taking the Veterinary Technician course. She grew up on her family farm working with cattle and other large animals. She participated in 4-H for 10 yrs showing Red Angus cattle and other projects. She moved back to Dubois County after graduation and lives with her husband Chad and their daughter Charlee, their 2 Welsh Corgis Turbo, Charger and their Mountain Curr Camshaft "Cammy" . During her free time she likes to work with the cattle on their farm, relax with her dogs and finding treasures at Flea Markets.!.!. She is also active with a mission group that goes to Belize doing humanitarian efforts within the different villages..
Nicole Rexing, BA, RVT

Nicole came on board in September 2010. She is originally from Palmyra, IN. She grew up with all kinds of animals, reptiles and horses. She was an avid 4-Her and basketball player. She played college basketball at Vincennes University while in the Pre-Vet Program. She got a degree in Biology while at Indiana University. While attending IU she worked for a veterinarian that told her about the veterinary technology program. She then went to Purdue University for their Veterinary Technology Program. She met her husband, Andy, while at Purdue. She graduate from Purdue University School of Veterinary Technology in 2000. They moved to Dale, IN after graduation and moved to a 25 acre farm. She has two wonderful children, ages 8 and 10. She has 4 horses (one of which she has had since she was a child. He is 34 yrs old), 6 cats, and 3 dogs. On her days off she is conducting private dog obedience/behavior consults .She was certified by Purdue University's DOGS! Course in 2002 in Behavior Modification. She also owns and operates her own pet cremation business, Loyal Companions Crematory in Dale, IN. During her free time (when she has some) she likes to camp with her family, ride horses and compete with her dogs in Dock Dog competitions.

Katie Kluesner, BS, VT Katie was introduced to All God's Creatures when she was looking to do an internship her senior year in high school. Katie started her internship in August 2013 and interned for us from 2013 - 2014. She then started working for us over the summer and has been working here since when she's home for break. Katie attends Morehead State University in Kentucky where she is studying in the Veterinary Technician program. She is originally for Celestine where she lives with her mom Lisa and step-dad Paul. Katie was active in 4-H, soccer and softball in high school. In her free time she enjoys trail riding with her Spotted Tennessee Walking Horse Eddie and barrel racing with her Quarter Horse Quest. She also likes to hunt, fish and spend time with family, friends and her husband Briare.

Sue Jamniczky, BS, RVT
Sue began working at All God’s Creatures in January 2018. She graduated from Purdue University’s Veterinary Technology program in 1999 and worked in research before moving back home to southern Indiana in 2002. Her career in the veterinary field since then has been primarily in the small/mixed animal setting. Sue has one daughter, Emma, and two adopted four-legged children. Brody is the name of her Boxer/Lab mix and Storm is a grey kitty, both of which are rescues. Spending time outdoors with her Nikon camera in hand is a favorite pastime. She also enjoys reading and hiking.

Jill started working at All God’s Creatures in August 2014 after earlier in the year Dr. Schafer aided in maintaining her dog, Maggie’s quality of life while fighting Lymphoma. In July Dr Schafer surgically saved Jill’s Chocolate Lab, Samson by removing a small stuffed toy horse from his intestines. Her love of animals began as a child while helping raise boxer puppies at the family homestead in rural Jasper. She has always been intrigued with the holistic/alternative approach in both humans & animals. She enjoys helping people and caring for animals. Jill & her husband, Ryan have 2 children, Masen & Jaelyn who are both animal lovers and active in 4-H. They are also parents to 8 horses , 3 dogs, 3 cats, 12 chickens & 2 rabbits who all live happily on their family farm.

Margie graduated from Vincennes University, Vincennes, Indiana with an A.A.S. Degree in Accounting in 1971. She started working at All God's Creatures Holistic Healthcare in August 2011. Margie is an Receptionist and helps out with the book keeping. Margie spends most on her time caring for her husband, Bob and step-children, Daniel and Angela. She loves animals and spends her free time with her two rottweilers, Kane and Rocky.
